Alfredo was born and raised in Italy, he joined the restaurant business in 2008, after his arrival in Belgium; he started collaborating with an Italian restaurant, in the Diamond District, and after a few years he becomes the manager.

Marilyn was born and raised in Belgium, from an italian father and a belgian mother. She lived about 10 years in Italy, falling madly in love with the land of olive trees and neorealism.

Both Alfredo and Marilyn followed the family’s footsteps.

Their parents worked in catering, leaving an imprint that turned out to be fateful in their life. The roots come back again!

So the ties with the origins, together with the new career explorations, have created a new culinary perspective, genuine and transversal. The one you will find at Reginella.
